While I know it’s not the worst food, I also know it could be better.
I am hoping to talk my boyfriend into changing this.
Is there anything you guys can recommend that’s around the same price/size but better quality, that can be brought in the UK.
Hope someone can please help thank you.
I just feed Green Beneful. I'm sure there is better food but he loves it so much. Lucky did too. If I try to feed something else he won't eat it.
vitalin is a good and fair priced food in the uk i am changing bonnies to this it is good quality at reasonable price
I feed my dogs Innova, other good foods are Canidae, Origen, Blue Buffalo, Taste of the Wild, Solid Gold…etc
Bad foods: Eukaneuba, Natural Science Diet, Purina, Pedigree, Al Roy, Iams, Kibbles and Bits..etc

arden grange
skinners
burns
CSJ
origen (by far the best)
nature diet
natures menu
i give shadow breeder pack complete dog food for working dogs a 15k bag for £8.50 lasts just over a month.
My two have wagg dog food for working dogs, can't actually rember how much i pay for it but i get a really big bag.
We've changed ours from Canidae to Taste Of the Wild. They ADORE the stuff...unfortunately BennE adores it a little too much and we're back to scattering it to slow his eating down.
A general rule to follow....
When it comes to selecting food for your dog, the same guidelines that constitute a healthy food for dogs is the same for humans. Natural and Organic foods are probably the best. A dog's diet is a bit different than a humans, but they are still mammals, and thus, have similarities.
The best way to explain this is; If the you read the ingredients and you feel like your reading through a science lesson, then it is not very good. If you recognize everything you see, then its probably good. I personally use Blue Wilderness. Innova usually was rated really high, but Proctor and Gamble bought them out (

I feed my Husky a holistic food which with the exception of brown rice has no grain or preservatives and she does great on it...
Is he gaining weight properly?....Is he dehydrated? You can check for dehydration by pulling up on the skin between the shoulder blades...It should go right back into place....If it doesn't or it takes a while to do so your puppy may be dehydrated...
Please get your pup to vet A.S.A.P...If you have taken him did the vet do any blood work or a fecal?...How much does your puppy weigh?
ok i'm lost did i miss something
Me too! I didn't see anything about a sick pup!!
