Of course for anyone who wants to look! I didn't want to bore anyone. Rayeann has seen it fromthe outside and knew it was possible the man was going to sell. Brandon and I were talking about it last night.
This is the cabin in front of my mom's little A-frame. It is the property my mom always wanted but was never for sale. Last year the man mentioned it to my mom but we were not sure if it would come to be. Yesterday he went to the lake for the first time this year and went over and gave my mom a price. It includes all the furniture, a boat (not sure what it is called-has a steering wheel and can pull a water skier) all the outside furniture and the appliances. He just wants to hand over the keys and leave. He is not advertising it and has only told my mom. He has a son but he doesn't have any
interest. If my mom buys it the property connects to her property so we could easily go back and forth. This one could be used in the winter too if we wanted to.
So that is a long explanation but Linda we should have it in a few weeks so come on to PA it is a very cozy place!

ABC forum gathering in PA at Mom's Place. Just kidding. I can't wait to come over for a vacation. We won't do any mining this time. Evilgrin

Sounds good to me but even with 2 cabins we can't fit everyone inside. Bring tents!
Hooray for no mining. That is not really my cup of tea. I am not a rugged type of girl.

How fun it would be to get together. I'm afraid we are all to spread out over the world for that to happen. I'll be there in spirit though.

Linda the princess and the pea bed is Lauren's. After all she is the Princess! Just kidding there is another single bed that goes in that room. The frame is not up so the mattered and box springs ate stacked. That room opens to the outside. The woman told menit is for young people to stay up late partying and not wake everyone else coming in.
Vicky it is a great place for s dog. Silky was terrorizing the geese and Green was running with no leash like a big dog! When he got a little too far we had to send Silky to bring him back. Green loves it once he is there but getting there and home is not easy on him. Poor guys drools up a storm until he throws up (usually multiple times).

PS that is our dock at the ends of the yard. The A frame is directly behind this place so that's where our lake rights had always been.

Awwwww, i'm glad he had fun out there, and what a good girl Silky was, here's hoping you can get up there again then, and maybe Silky too!.

We will definitely be going for a visit. We will manage to get Green there, and stay for a couple of days so he and Silky can run around like crazy "kids". Eusa_dance

Yay! We can't wait! As soon as we make closing you can leave Ohio!
