Almost time for bed here, but tomorrow evening is mussels in roquefort sauce and French fries night at the local bar, washed down with whatever you fancy from behind the bar, beer, wine, spirits of different sorts.

Oh man... now I really want mussels, I guess I'll have to make do with the burgers and spinach-asiago cheese brats I was planning on grilling.

BTW, isn't it like... 5:30 PM there? Early to bed, eh?

Nah, I'm the Tache half that's in France for a while (Allan), we'r 6 hours ahead of the US Eastern time zone, so it's just gone midnight.
