Dog food - production.

A friend of mine sent this video to me. It made me soo sad! I'm soo happy that my dogs don't eat eukanuba! But then again.. Now I'm wondering how my dogs food are produced.

I watched a video similar to this earlier in the year! I switched from Purina Dog Chow to Iams. I saw the video and instantly stopped buying it! I have later changed to TOTW and couldn't be happier with it. I mentioned something about this video to the president of our KC *she's also a Vet Tech*. she denied that this is going on! She says she's been to the facility and say's its very clean and the dogs have kennel's with runs out to fresh open yards. I don't know how true it is, but these videos and images mean more to me than her word.

So disturbing! It makes me want to switch even more to raw diet for them. Thankfully I don't feed and have never fed this food. Even when the vets push it, I won't use it and just get a different opinion. I know they get a kickback for pushing Iams foods to their clients though. My friend who is a very good vet, and the emergency vet in our area, doesn't feed this junk to her dogs, and I wouldn't either.
