Accident

A 6 year old student from our school fell out of a moving suv last night and was run over. She is in critical condition.
Fund raiser Saturday for a student in our school with brain cancer.
Oh boy I don't know what else to say.

WOW! Dang my heart stopped when I read the title, I was thinking Lauren. That's horrible about the kid, I must ask though...wtf, and why wasn't the kid buckled in?!?

I didn't want to say more than had been on the news because what I hear at school is confidential. However I can say that a friend of mine works with a family member and told me the little girl has some kind of disorder(s). Adopted from another country. Apparently throws fits and is uncontrollable.
I guess it was just the two of them and she had an episode. Not sure how it played out but it's terrible.

Lauren just found the little girl involved in this accident is on her cheer squad. I didn't know the child's name. She went to coach the little girls today and asked where is Shelby? That's when she found out.
