Excellent read. I was going through thinking, well we do that...then I read the part about the states. lol
It is a shame that the UK is not taking advantage of the visibility of Crufts. My rescue has a booth at the IKC show here in Chicago. Hopefully things will get rolling a little better on that side of the pond.
